Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide ongoing medication management and psychotherapy to patients via secure telehealth platforms

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team as needed to ensure holistic care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

Licensed Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the state(s) where you intend to practice

Experience providing both psychotherapy and medication management

Passion for functional and integrative approaches to mental health

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
